Born and raised in Colorado, Sara Feaster felt drawn to real estate. “Everyone in my family is in this field, so it’s kind of in my DNA,” she says. She earned her real estate license in 2006 and hit the ground running straight away. She loves being a part of people’s journeys as they buy or sell real estate in the northern Colorado region. Trust, integrity, communication and education are the cornerstones of Sara’s business, and it’s what helps her stand out in the industry. “My number one thing is customer service, and making sure that my clients get exactly what they want,” she explains. “I believe in the importance of educating my clients so they understand the process.”
Going above and beyond expectations is a normal part of the job for her, as she puts her clients needs above all else. Understanding that this is one of the largest transactions they will ever make in their lifetime, it’s important to Sara that she provide guidance throughout, even if they’ve bought or sold property before. This commitment to excellence has resulted in her business being entirely based off of referrals from past clients. “People refer me to friends/family because I do everything possible to meet their goals and dreams. I make sure they’re happy at the end of the transaction, and I continue to stay in touch.” The same can be said of her marketing, with Sara offering the highest package of photography and 3D tours. “I market everywhere I can.”
After the transaction is over, clients do not hesitate to spread the word about her work. One recently said, “We were moving our family from 8 hours away to the Firestone, Colorado area this past June. I was extremely stressed out trying to negotiate buying a home from that far away in a crazy home buying market, but Sara made it as easy as possible! We ended up losing out on quite a few homes because of the crazy competitive housing market, but Sara never gave up. She was always easy to reach, and worked her hardest to get us our dream home. I have bought and sold a few homes, and by far, Sara is the best agent I have ever dealt with. She is professional, honest, hard working, and knowledgeable. I will only ever use Sara in our future home buying and selling and I have already highly recommended her to many of our friends.”
When Sara isn’t working, she’s running a nonprofit which helps first responders or she’s volunteering for community projects/charities. During any free time, Sara can be found enjoying the outdoors and all that Colorado has to offer.
Looking ahead, she has her sights set on continuing to grow while still providing the same service. There’s no doubt she will achieve all her goals and more, as this is her true passion. “I just love helping people out in any way I can, and real estate is a great way to do that.”
